Glow in the Dark Lightning Bug

Have you heard? Elmer’s Glue now has a line of glow-in-the-dark glue. We are busy creating all kinds of new projects with this new glue. We decided to share  one of our glowing projects, our Lightning Bug project.

Lightning Bug

Lightning Bug Craft Project

Your little artist can make this lightning bug that actually glows in the dark. We used the new Elmer’s glow-in-the-dark-glue. We colored our bug with markers and waited for the ink to dry. Once dry, we painted the bottom of the bug with glue using a cotton swab. We sprinkled with a little bit of glitter. (For tricks and tips on how to clean up glitter, click here.)
