Mother’s Day Craft Projects

Mother’s Day Craft Projects

Mother’s Day is May 13th, just over a week away. Let’s show our Moms how amazing they are by making them gifts. Let’s use paint, glue, or glitter to make one or all of these fun Mother’s Day projects.

Hug Card

Hug Card Craft ProjectMoms love getting cards from their favorite little artists. This project allows your little ones to design a card around the person they love to hug.

In the spirit of Mother’s Day, encourage your little artists to draw a picture of their Moms in the center. (We simply wrote Mom’s name in the middle of ours. But, get as creative as you would like. Maybe use a picture of Mom?) When they have finished drawing, cut out and fold to make a ‘hug’ around their Moms. Decorate the cover with a little glitter, and you are ready to give Mom a hand-crafted hug.

Crown fit for a Queen

Handprint Crown Craft ProjectMake Mom feel like a queen with this crown project. You can help your little artists trace out their hand prints to make this crown.

This gift makes a great keepsake. You will be able to look back on how small your little artist’s hand really was. To add a special touch to this project, we recommend using gold or glitter paper. You may also use regular paper, glue, and glitter.

Mother’s Day Flowers

Most Moms love to receive flowers, especially ones made by their favorite little artists. We have several flower project options available on our site. Choose to make just one or an entire bouquet. Whichever you choose to make, I’m sure it will put a smile on your Mom’s face.
