Wizard Hat Craft Project

Supplies:

1. 12″x 18″ Blue construction paper
2. Scissors
3. Star stickers
4. Elastic cord
5. Hole punch
6. Glue stick

Directions:

1. Cut the shape of hat. (See picture.)
2. Decorate with star stickers.
3. Glue the hat into a cone shape.
4. Punch a hole on each side of hat.
5. Tie elastic cord into each hole, and tie under child’s chin.
