Dinosaur Crafts

This is one of the little artist’s favorite categories, dinosaur crafts. I can not tell you how many times a little artist comes to me asking for a craft based on some dinosaur I have never even heard of. It is so impressive how these littles can pronounce such big words. Today we are sharing just a few dinosaur crafts in this newsletter. To find more visit here.

Scientists believe all dinosaurs come from eggs. We thought it was only fitting to start today’s newsletter by making dinosaur eggs. This is a great project for teaching what happens when we mix two colors together. Click the image below to find out more.

Our next project was one of those never heard of before requests from our little artists it is a Dimetrodon. While technically not a dinosaur, it is considered a reptile that preceded the dinosaurs but children still love to make it. We use handprints to give this reptile his signature back. You may use paper cutouts or paint. Click the link to find out more.

We are using a reverse painting technique to make our own Brontosaurus dino craft. I highly recommend cutting a single brontosaurus out of a plastic folder. It makes the template washable and reusable. To find out how we bring magic to this project click the image below.
