International Golf Day

Who knew there was an entire day dedicated to the sport of Golf? Well October 4th is officially International Golf day.

The sport of Golf can be traced back to the mid 1400’s in Scotland. When they used feather filled balls and wooden tree branches to play the game. Now, today you feel like you need and engineering degree to pick up a club. Plus a degree in Trigonometry just to play the game?

As for us we will stick to the Golf with Windmills and Volcanoes. Putt putt Golf that is.

How ever your family plays golf we hope you will have fun making these Golf inspired craft projects.

This First project we are making a Golf Ball. You can use Bubble wrap like a giant stamp to give this ball its texture.
